About Bridget

During Bridget’s 25 years in HR, she has benefited from Executive Coaching as she has taken on more responsibilities, larger teams and transitioned during the pandemic to serving as a leader of a highly global group of leaders. Having battled infertility for over 7 years, she has been coached on resilience, grief and coping with loss. With decades of HR Talent Management and Organizational Development experience inside global organizations in industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Technology, she brings a wealth of insights and insiders perspectives to her coaching. By igniting passion into purpose, Bridget helps professionals navigate change, life transition, life challenges, and career changes. She also brings a keen perspective on leadership based on her own leadership experience and study of Bruce D. Johnson’s Energy Leadership.

Bridget holds degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies from St. Louis University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska in Counseling. She holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, TTI DiSC, KornFerry’s 360 Leadership Architect, Insights, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Five Faces of Genius, StrengthsFinders, Talent Management Institute, Development Dimensions International Facilitator, Situational Leadership II, PROSCI’s Change Management Methodologies, and Willam Bridges Transitions Methodologies, CRESCO Team Effectiveness.

Bridget will be graduating from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in May 2026 and recently graduated from a rigorous Career Coach Certification program.
